This option is for pay month to month to attend as many BFT sessions as you like per week.

Monday Didsbury KB Class 7pm
Tuesday Advanced KB Class 7pm or Beginners 8 – 9pm
Thursday HIIT KB Class 7pm
Sunday Social 10:30am
Kettlebell training is a unique exercise system which focuses of deep core strength and helps to aid mobility. They are also highly effective to reduce body fat and develop cardio fitness.
Instructor Gavin Clarke is a highly trained Kettlebell Bell instructor. He is a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Marital Arts & Self Defence instructor. He is registered with register of Kettlebell Instructors and also certified under Kettlebell legend Steve Maxwell. Who work closely with Pavel and started the first Kettlebell Classes and certifications in U.S in the 90″s.
