This option is for pay month to month for any 2 BFT sessions per week. If you miss 2 classes one week then please join us for more the week after. Kettlebell training is a unique exercise system which focuses of deep core strength and helps to aid mobility. They are also highly effective to reduce body fat and develop cardio fitness.

Instructor Gavin Clarke is a highly trained Kettlebell Bell instructor. He is a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Marital Arts & Self Defence instructor. He is registered with register of Kettlebell Instructors and also certified under Kettlebell legend Steve Maxwell. Who work closely with Pavel and started the first Kettlebell Classes and certifications in U.S in the 90″s.
