About this package
This is a specific 8-week program is designed to help people reduce body fat, adopt a new way of eating and exercise in a way which is sustainable. It works through being specifically group coached by myself. I will work intensely with all group participants to support them achieve their individual goals.

- Weekly phone or Zoom check-in calls.
