Kettlebell training has become very popular again due to lockdown. The problem is that without grasping basic techniques, people are at risk of injuring themselves or limiting their fitness goals through conducting poor techniques.
Kettlebell training is a highly effective way to develop full-body strength, increase cardio fitness, improve mobility and reduce body fat. It’s a perfect tool for home training.
Course Details: This 4-week course is designed for people who want to learn basic Kettlebell techniques. The course will cover:
- Theory & Benefits of KB training
- Full KB warm-up & Cooldown
- How to perform Kettlebell Swings, Cleans, Squats, Press and other exercises.
- How to perform them properly to avoid injury & build strength.
The course then will enable you to join BFT Tues & Thursday Live Zoom classes. Or conduct your own sessions at home.
