This is really nice salad and great for using up leftovers, you dont have to worry if dont have lamb or if your vegetarian because you can simply use chicken or evern make without. Also does not matter if you have all exact ingredients.

What you need
  • Cooked Lamb
  • Olive oil (splash)
  • Lemon juice (squeeze)
  • Chopped fresh mint & parsly (dried will do it not got fresh)
  • feta chopped into cubes
  • Chickpeas Cooked
  • Chopped Cabbage
  • Cucumber Chopped
  • onion thinly sliced
How to do it
  1. Mix it all together and eat, its that simple.
