Intro

This is perfect for a very quick breakfast involves a bit of prep the night before but well worth it.  Now when I say yoghurt I mean the natural stuff that has not been added or messed with. Im also not a fan of the 0% fat stuff usually has other stuff added and fat is not a massive enemy. I go for greek stuff because usually has high protein content. This also makes the most amazing snack.

What you need
  • A cup of rolled whole oats (the natural ones with no rubbish added)
  • Nuts (up to you I use mixed chopped ones)
  • A few chopped prunes or dates or could use fresh blueberries/strawberries/raspberries
  • I also add a scoop of unflavoured whey protein but I will leave that choice to you.
How to do it

I soak the oats & flax/chia seeds overnight in the yoghurt. Mix with rest of ingredients and enjoy.
