Intro
Great way to use up leftovers, you can use any meat for this dish but you could make a vegi version by adding chickpeas instead of meat.
What you need

- Left over strips of chicken
- 2 table spoons of sunflower seeds
- Thinly sliced cabbage
- Thinly sliced carrots
- Pinch of cumin seeds
- Chickpeas
- Glug of olive oil and tablespoon of good quality cider vinegar.
How to do it
- Firstly toast the seeds in a dry pan (careful not to burn), add all the ingredients and mix. Great with some hummus!
