Intro

Great tasty vegetarian meal, quick and tasty. Packed full of nutrients and perfect for post training meal.

What you need
  • Whole cauliflower
  • Handful chopped almonds
  • Small knob of ginger (grated)
  • Teaspoon of sunflower seeds
  • Teaspoon of coconut oil
  • Half teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • Half teaspoon of whole cumin seeds
  • 1/2 garlic cloves
  • Fresh chopped parsley
How to do it

1) Toast almonds and sunflower seeds in a dry pan. Put aside and save for later.

2) Whizz up a whole cauliflower head.

3) Fry cauliflower with cumin, garlic clove, chilli powder, smoked paprika and ginger

4) Fry until cauliflower goes slightly brown and then add nuts, lemon zest and chopped parsley.
