Do all of these exercises back to back and when done rest for 2 min and then do a total of 4 times. Are you ready?
- 5 press up
- 5 burpies
- 5 sit ups
- 5 jumping squats
- 5 back extension
- 5 jumping star jumps
- 5 leg raises
- 5 kicks (5 each leg)
