5-10min warm up

Do all of these exercises back to back and when done rest for 2 min and then do a total of 4 times. Are you ready?

  • 5 press up
  • 5 burpies
  • 5 sit ups
  • 5 jumping squats
  • 5 back extension
  • 5 jumping star jumps
  • 5 leg raises
  • 5 kicks (5 each leg)

Smash it!!!!!
