Introduction

This takes no time at all and gets everything fired up. Great session in the morning or if you are in a hurry. All you need is a skipping rope and a average weight kettlebell 12kg/16kg /20kgwill do the job.

How to do it?
  • Set timer for 1 min and 30 sec for 6 sets.
  • Skip for 1 min and do kettlebell swings for 30secs.

Try and build up so you can eventually do 10 sets. Enjoy!
