How to do it?

Have good warm up for 5-10mins.

20secs on 10secs rest x8 then have one min rest and move on to the next exercise.

  • Two hand Swing

  • Overhead Press (swap sides each round)

  • Goblet Squat

  • Sumo to high pull

  • Russian twist

For extra round do each exercise for 20secs rest 10mins

  • Swing (2 rounds)

  • Press (1 round each side)

  • Squat (2 rounds)

  • Sumo to High Pull (1 round)

  • Russian twist (1 round)
